Welcome to the home page of Pontefract Heritage Group.
We are a voluntary organisation dedicated to promoting awareness of and interest in the heritage of Pontefract. Our members come from all walks of life but we all share the same passion about Pontefract and its history.
Through this website we hope that you will discover more about us and our events and, hopefully, come to see and experience what we do. Membership
If you are passionate about Pontefract and its history and want to make a real difference then why not become a member of Pontefract Heritage Group? If you want to be directly involved then we can find a role to suit you from stewarding an event through to performing in tights and doublets.
